Free tracked shipping on every order

Every Neponia order ships free, with tracking, no minimum.

 

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 

Delivery time

Most orders to the United States arrive within 7 to 15 business days after shipping. Orders to other countries arrive within 10 to 20 business days after shipping.

 

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We ship to 26 countries: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

 

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. This is the case in particular for Switzerland and other destinations outside the European Union, where import duties or taxes may apply on delivery.

 

Late or missing packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, or your tracking shows no update for 7 days, email us at founder@neponia.com with your order number and we will make it right.
