Shipping is free on every order

No minimum amount, and every parcel is tracked.

Where we ship

We ship to 26 countries: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. For Switzerland, which is outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days in the United States and 10 to 20 business days in other countries. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas orders

For delivery before Christmas, allow up to 4 weeks between your order and delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Email founder@neponia.com with your order number: we reply within 1 business day with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you for a change of mind. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
