1. Who we are

The website neponia.com (the "Store") is operated by Kanya SAS, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIREN 103 588 521, with its registered office at 60 Rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France ("Neponia", "we", "us"). 2. Using the Store

By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be of legal age in your country to place an order. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and prices

We describe our products and show their photos as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in the currency displayed for your country and include free shipping. We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed by email once payment is accepted. Payments are processed securely through Shopify checkout and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or unavailable stock, in which case you are refunded in full.

5. Shipping

6. Returns and refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, videos, logos and design of the Store belong to Neponia or its partners and may not be copied without our written permission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description. We are not liable for indirect damages or for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs checks. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Before any legal action, please contact us so we can look for a friendly solution.
