Refund Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to return an item

Email founder@neponia.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
Send the item back with a tracked shipping method. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

If you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you. If the item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days and confirm it by email. Your bank may need a few more days to show the refund. Shipping was free, so nothing is deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order. It is the fastest way to get the right piece.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours by emailing us. After that, your order may already be on its way; you can still return it within 30 days of delivery.
