How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then arrive within 7 to 15 business days in the United States (10 to 20 business days elsewhere). Shipping is free on every order and you receive a tracking link by email.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship for free to 26 countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and France. The full list is in our Shipping Policy.
Is the jewelry water-resistant?
Our steel jewelry is 316L stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating. It's made for daily wear, including hand washing and showers. To keep it bright as long as possible, take it off before swimming in chlorine or salt water.
Will it turn my skin green?
No. 316L stainless steel is hypoallergenic and won't discolor your skin.
How do I find my ring size?
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimeters. Around 52 mm is a US 6, 57 mm a US 8, 62 mm a US 10 and 67 mm a US 12. Between two sizes? Pick the larger one.
Can I ship a gift directly to someone?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
Where are your products made?
Our pieces are made by partner workshops overseas. We choose each one ourselves for its meaning, its look and its quality.
Which Bible translation do you quote?
The verses on our product pages are from the King James Version. Engraved pieces may carry a modern translation of the same verse.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
