Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum amount. Every parcel is tracked.
Where we ship
We ship to 26 countries: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- United States: delivery within 7 to 15 business days after shipping.
- Other countries: delivery within 10 to 20 business days after shipping.
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Christmas orders
For delivery before Christmas, allow up to 4 weeks between your order and delivery.
Customs and import taxes
Depending on your country, local customs may charge import taxes or duties. These are set by your country and paid by the recipient. This is the case in particular for Switzerland and other destinations outside the European Union, where import duties or taxes may apply on delivery.
Late or lost parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, email us at founder@neponia.com. We will reship your order or refund you in full.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of your order and we will correct it before it ships.
